Construction of a new 285 m long x 13 m wide concrete refuelling and berthing jetty supported by large diameter vertical piles; a new tank farm and containment berm with marine distillate, JP-5, on-spec oil, waste oil and oily waste water, and other tankage; a compensating water system with tanks and pumping system; a fuel transmission system with steel lines, multiple pumps, valving, fuelling arms and truck loading and unloading; electrical power for the jetty, tank farm, truck pad; a control building and PLC/HMI control system for refuelling and storage; site services; road works; demolition of existing jetty; dredging; commissioning.
