	<description><![CDATA[ <p>We are currently seeking an Administrator. This position will be based at our Equipment Office in Morriston. </p>
<h2>Position Summary:</h2>
<p>Reporting to the Logistics Manafer and Office Team, the incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties, including typical secretarial and receptionist duties in addition to more complex functions and services, such as managing data bases, liaison between a variety of departments and external suppliers and customers. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for drafting, tracking and distributing verbal and written correspondence. Communication, Problem Solving, Initiative, Accountability and follow through Skills are essential functions for this position. Must present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong> </p>
<ul class="bullets">
<li>Offer basic to comples level administrative support services to entire office team</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties: correspondence, compiling reports, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, compiling expense reports, booking travel arrangements and meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Plan and organize meetings for manager and department, as required, including teleconferencing</li>
<li>Code, obtain approvals and manage department invoices</li>
<li>Ensure the department's computerized and physical filing systems are observed and monitor access to computer directories as required</li>
<li>Act as a resource person, in the absence of the Manager, to respond to requests from internal and external sources or direct them to the appropriate people</li>
<li>Other duties as required</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>

<li>A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting a multi-disciplinary team</li>
<li>College-level diploma in administrative studies or equivalent</li>
<li>Complete command of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet</li>
<li>Able to write and format moderately complex correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation</li>
<li>Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision</li>
<li>High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion</li>

	<description><![CDATA[ <p>To facilitate continued growth, we are seeking a Mechanical Estimator. The position is based out of our head office in Morriston, Ontario. </p>
<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>Reporting&nbsp;the Senior Mechanical Estimator &amp; Developmental Supervisor, you will also interact with civil, electrical, and other mechanical estimators on a regular basis. You will be responsible for various estimating activities which will include; specification and drawing reviews, basic take-offs, soliciting material prices, preparation of estimates and participation in coordination meetings.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will:</p>
<ul>
<li class="bullets">Have mechanical experience and/or relevant education.&nbsp;<strong></strong></li>
<li class="bullets">Be able to read and understand drawings, specifications and information that are pertinent to the job at hand and be able to pass that information to suppliers and/or sub-contractors. </li>
<li class="bullets">Be able to assess material, labour and constructability aspects of a project.</li>

<p dir="ltr">Reporting to the Safety Manager, the&nbsp;HSE Officer&rsquo;s role is to work in cooperation with project management to achieve safety related goals &amp; objectives and ensure a safe working environment.&nbsp; Act as a coach/mentor/facilitator to assist management in fulfilling their safety related responsibilities. Develop and implement the project safety plan. Ensure the provision of safety related training. Develop &amp; conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis, workplace inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.&nbsp; </p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>

<li>Conduct worksite safety inspections/audits.&nbsp; Investigates all incidents, accidents and near misses.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. CRSP/CHSC designation preferable. </li>

<li>Must have First Aid and WHMIS certifications.</li>
<li>Indepth knowledge of Provincial Health &amp; Safety legislation and standards </li>
